ROSEMARY
Rosemary is an aromatic shrub, abundant in the mountains and fields of Andalusia, bringing freshness and an intense herbal aroma to the gin. In Andalusia, rosemary has been used since time immemorial for culinary and medicinal uses and is a symbol of good luck.
SPEARMINT
Spearmint is a herbaceous plant that adds a fresh herbal and citrus aroma to the gin. This plant grows alongside streams and clear watercourses. It has been cultivated since ancient times in Andalusia in small gardens and in pots at homes for use in countless traditional recipes.
CITRUS FRUITS: ORANGE | LEMON | GRAPEFRUIT | LIME
Citrus fruits add the vitamin-rich freshness of the sun to the gin. Their trees are a symbol of Andalusia: grown on the banks of its rivers, on the sidewalks of its towns and cities, and even in the courtyards of its homes, palaces, and cathedrals. Sevilla alone has more than fifty thousand orange trees planted in its streets, which flood the air with the lively aroma of orange blossom when spring arrives.
ANGELICA ROOT
Angelica is an apiaceous plant traditionally used in Europe as a medicinal remedy and for the production of alcoholic beverages. In European popular culture, it is believed to have been a gift from the archangel Gabriel due to its medicinal properties. Angelica root adds an intense sweet and pungent flavor, with a slight touch of bitterness to the gin, releasing aromatic and flavor notes that balance the recipe.
JUNIPER
Juniper berry (juniperus communis) is the base of our gin. To extract its sweet flavor, its mild touches of bitterness, and citrus notes, we macerate the juniper with the rest of the botanicals before distillation. Throughout our botanical recipe, we enhance the intense and fresh flavor of juniper and, therefore, of traditional gin.
GINGER
Ginger is a zingiberaceous plant, originating from India, that adds a strong spicy flavor, with sweet, vitamin-rich, and citrus notes, reinforcing the freshness of our gin.
SICHUAN PEPPER
This spice comes from the foothills of the Himalayas, widely used in the traditional cuisine of the Sichuan region in China. This botanical presents an intensely refreshing and fragrant flavor with citrus touches, prolonging the sensation of freshness in the aftertaste of our gin.
CORIANDER SEEDS
Coriander is an apiaceous plant whose culinary use is widespread throughout the Mediterranean. Coriander seeds have an intense fragrant aroma, associated with the rest of the botanicals, enhancing the aroma and freshness of our gin.
